This book is widely read by people in the helping fields, particularly Chemical Dependency. It was also used in my Alcohol and Drug Studies when I was in college. lt is most helpful to families dealing with the effects of Alcoholism on each family member. It explains in layman's terms what is to be expected and dealt with in a family suffering from the disease of Alcoholism. This book offers ways to get help in every community of the USA. It is a valuable resource to be read and reread for anyone who may have a drinking problem, or who is close to someone who does. I highly recommend it. It may change your life!
